Our Senior Management Team

Cascade's senior management team has significant expertise in the aviation/aerospace industry, with greater than 100 years of combined experience. In addition, the senior management has a complementary mix of experience that encompasses engineering, government relations/business development and finance. The senior management team consists of:

Barry Marsden, Founder & Chairman

Mr. Marsden is a Canadian aviation and aerospace leader and the winner of multiple industry honours including:  induction into the Canadian Aviation Hall of Fame; recognition by the Aerospace Industries Association as one of Canada's leading aerospace visionaries; and recipient of the Medalle de'l Aeronauatique from the Government of France for innovative leadership.

David Schellenberg, President and CEO

David Schellenberg joined Cascade at its inception in 2000, and built a team that has proven success in winning long term aircraft support programs. He has served many years as a Board member of the Aerospace Industries Association of Canada (AIAC).

Dwayne Lucas, Executive Vice President and a retired Brigadier General (BGen) of Canada's Air Force

Prior to joining Cascade, Dwayne Lucas was responsible for all Canadian aircraft equipment and managed a $1.3 billion budget for Canada's Department of National Defence (DND), He is recognized as a visionary leader who transformed the DND management of aircraft fleets and established the Canadian In-Service Support (ISS) industry.

Justin Currie, Chief Operating Officer

Prior to joining Cascade in 2008, he was involved in several start-up to commercialization business ventures, and brings significant expertise to continuously improving company programs and operations.
