Our materials management goal is simple:  to make sure that the field bases and the heavy maintenance facility have the right parts in the right quantity at the right time.

To achieve this, we do an inventory analysis of all parts, and set unit minimum and maximum quantities and re-order points to maximize parts availability.  It also takes continuous monitoring - from validating part numbers to analyzing dormant parts and managing the repair and overhaul supply chain, our materials management support is comprehensive and constant.  

Derco’s custom-built repair and overhaul management system, Derco ROMS, is an easily accessed and proven effective management tool used by Derco, our customers, and vendors in managing the supply chain.
