CASCADE AIRCRAFT SOLUTIONS INC. ANNOUNCES FORMATION

Cascade Aerospace Inc. of Abbotsford, B.C. and Art Schmidt, former head of Technical Services for Boullioun Aviation Services, have formed a new company, Cascade Aircraft Solutions Inc. (CAS) to offer commercial and technical services to aircraft lessors, owners, operators, financiers and manufacturers.    Comprised of a core team of five former Boullioun Aviation Services employees, Cascade Aircraft Solutions has decades of industry experience, and have managed more than 150 large commercial jet transport aircraft.

“We’re a balanced team of professionals with the proven capability to efficiently manage aviation based assets so that owners, operators, financiers and manufacturers can minimize their downside exposure and maximize their return on investment,” said Art Schmidt, Cascade Aircraft Solutions President and co-founder.   “Our balance comes from the fact that we’re a commercially-driven technical team of professionals that have
an equal appreciation of commercial and technical solutions.”    

“CAS’ unique partnership with Cascade Aerospace, one of North America’s leading maintenance, modification and engineering facilities, gives Cascade Aircraft Solutions the ability to offer complete engineering services, skilled aircraft technicians, and a state-of-the-art facility to supplement our management and technical services”, adds Schmidt.  Cascade Aircraft Solutions offers asset management support in a variety of areas including aircraft selection, purchase agreement and lease negotiation support, configuration development, aircraft delivery and transition support, in-service airframe and engine monitoring, and financial services including risk management and lease reviews.
