SUCCESSION PLAN IMPLEMENTED AT CASCADE AEROSPACE AND CONAIR GROUP

Abbotsford, B.C. - Cascade CEO Barry Marsden recently
announced to employees of Cascade Aerospace Inc. and parent company Conair
Group Inc. that a succession plan is being implemented at both organizations.
Under the plan, Marsden moves from the positions of Cascade CEO and Conair President &
CEO to Chairman of the Board of Directors for both companies. "I am very much looking
forward to this new capacity, and to continuing to work with the many great people at Cascade
& Conair," says Marsden. "I have committed to this role for at least the next five years".
David Schellenberg, who has served as Cascade President since 2001 is taking on the role of
President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cascade Aerospace and of Cascade’s parent
company, Conair Group Inc. Tony Quo Vadis is taking on the role of Executive Vice President
in addition to his role as CFO of both organizations.
"It is through long-term planning – including leadership development and management
continuity – that organizations thrive and prosper. I am proud this is a continuation of the
philosophy and practice that has always existed in our companies - since Conair’s formation in
1969," says Marsden. "And I know David and Tony will do a great job in their new roles," he
added.
Cascade Aerospace Inc. is a privately owned Canadian company providing fleet management,
heavy maintenance, repair, overhaul and modification services for commercial and military
transport aircraft. Cascade, the prime contractor, and its Herc Solutions partners provide C-130
